DESPATCH

We usually despatch orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are unlikely to be dispatched on the same day - this will affect shipping times.

WHEN WILL YOU SEND ME MY ORDER?

We usually ship all orders placed by 2.00 pm on the same day but please allow up to 2 working days for despatch. We will send an email confirmation once this has been despatched by our warehouse.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days Standard delivery is sent via Courier. This is a tracked service and you can track your order up until your parcel has been delivered to you.

CAN I GET COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer complimentary premium shipping on all orders over £100.

HOW DO I KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS?

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number, and all our shipping services are tracked at every stage of the delivery, until your order is delivered to you. You can also access your tracking link through your Alia Senses Account if you have set an account up with us.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS UNDELIVERABLE?

If your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us here at Alia Senses.
